Non-members will have access to everything on the blog, with the exception of certain in-depth articles that are reserved for members only. 

If you pay by the month, you can cancel your membership at anytime. If you pay by the year, you won’t be able to cancel until the end of the year. Unfortunately, due to the fact that everything is digital, I’m unable to offer any refunds (sorry!).

With your membership, you’ll receive exclusive access to content and videos that you won’t get access to on social media. You’ll also be able to regularly connect with me and ask me questions.

Following me on Instagram and social media is a good place to start, but if you really want to stay motivated, improve your fitness knowledge and achieve your goals, then this membership is what you need.

Absolutely! Everything is posted online, so even if you miss a day or two of workouts, you can always come back to the site later and catch up on whatever you missed.
