HOW TO CREATE A HABIT THAT LASTS

We all want to improve in life. No matter what it is you want, there are habits that inhibit you from achieving those goals. In this video I review a book I recently read which is called ATOMIC HABITS by James Clear. The main take away from the book is that if you can fix your bad habits and “install” new ones into your life you’ll achieve your goals faster and with ease!
